This includes coordinating with project managers, general contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.You'll play a critical leadership role in the field: managing job sites, guiding team members, and ensuring every project reflects the quality Jacobs is known for.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute commercial HVAC installations, including ductwork and equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, material schedules, and submittals to ensure accurate installationCoordinate labor needs with Field Supervisors and Managers on a weekly basisCollaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and subcontractors to maintain project timelinesCreate material lists and develop fabrication guides for in-house sheet metal workLead and enforce jobsite safety, including running safety meetingsTrack and submit daily time sheets and job status reportsEnsure job sites remain organized, efficient, and professionalRequired QualificationsStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and equipment specificationsProven experience installing commercial HVAC systems and sheet metal ductworkAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication, organization, and technical skillsValid driver's license with clean driving recordPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand or walk for extended periods throughout the workdayAbility to lift and carry materials and tools up to 100 lbsAbility to climb ladders, scaffolding, and other structuresComfortable working in various physical positions including kneeling, crouching, and crawlingAbility to safely handle tools and equipmentAdequate vision (with or without correction) to perform job duties safelyReady to Take the Next Step?If you're ready to take ownership of your projects, lead in the field, and grow with a company that values skill and accountability, this is your opportunity.Apply today and build your future with Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning.
