Program Manager 2-Specialized Microelectronics

Overview In this role you will lead delivery of first-of-a-kind, field-ready technical solutions for national security missions. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, drive iterative, agile development within compressed timelines, and build strong sponsor partnerships. You’ll own program execution, pursue new business with Draper’s national security sponsors, and ensure on-time, within-budget deliverables while maintaining high team morale.
