Anaplan Lead Consultant
Anaplan LeadLocation: Santa Clara, CADynPro is seeking an experienced Anaplan Lead to support an enterprise client’s Anaplan environment. This role will focus on Anaplan model support, enhancements, integrations, production support, issue resolution, and coordination with business and IT stakeholders.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in Anaplan modeling, Data Hub, integrations, CloudWorks, APIs, and production support for large-scale Anaplan models.ResponsibilitiesProvide system solutions for Anaplan issues, enhancements, and production support needs.Support existing Anaplan models, user stories, data aggregation, data distribution, and defect prioritization.Build new Anaplan models and review existing planning models to identify and implement improvements.Troubleshoot issues across functional and technical areas and recommend optimal solutions.Participate in prioritizing system issues and enhancements for the development team.Join regular calls with development teams to track progress, risks, and delivery status.Perform functional and technical testing for system projects, bug fixes, and enhancements.Manage Anaplan service-line tickets, assign work to team members, and drive timely resolution.Coordinate with customer business users and IT teams to gather requirements, clarify issues, and support delivery.Manage overall risk, quality, and workload across assigned Anaplan support activities.Required Qualifications6 to 8 years of experience in Anaplan implementation.Minimum 2 years of production support experience for large Anaplan models.Hands-on experience with Anaplan modeling, integrations, and Data Hub.Experience with Anaplan Data Integration, CloudWorks, files, and APIs.Certified Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner.Strong experience troubleshooting, prioritizing support tickets, and driving resolution.Ability to determine architectural implications and identify optimal solutions for complex problems.Experience managing team workload, assigning work, and ensuring delivery quality.Strong problem-solving skills across functional and technical areas.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred SkillsExperience supporting enterprise-scale planning models.Ability to work directly with business stakeholders, IT users, and development teams.Strong understanding of production support processes, defect management, and enhancement delivery.
