Full-Time Position for long term only, Must have experience in sales at a wholesale company or sales experience is general Currently hiring for our inside sales department, which includes taking care of customer accounts, bringing in new customers both incoming & outgoing calls Experience within Locksmith, Hardware, Car Keys or Tools field is recommended and not mandatory. Along with superb customer service skills and or sales experience is a must. Must be: - Organized - Reliable - Dependable - Willing to learn - Well Spoken The ideal candidate would have great communication skills, punctuality, self management, the willpower to succeed and grow within the company, reliable with experience within the sales and or security and door hardware industry We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. Selling products by phone using solid arguments to prospective customers Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales Reach out to customer leads through cold calling Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes monthly Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends Continuously improve through feedback A background check may be conducted.
