The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage geographically dispersed cross-functional teams through all phases of program execution. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing day‐to‐day activities of the Microelectronics Focus Area development programs. This role requires close coordination across Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Planning, Global Supply Chain, subcontractors, and internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative microelectronics solutions within a fast-paced, technically complex environment. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
