Our Core Values: Family Team Centric / Positive Attitude / Faith / Driven / Dependable / Impressive & Remarkable Rolesand Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Process all vendor invoices, prepare invoices for payment, reconcile vendor statements Accounts Receivable: Prepare billings as needed; monitor unbilled work orders and work with internal teams to complete billings Payroll: Support and assist with weekly payroll process by processing all timesheets and preparing payroll file Assist in reconciling various accounts monthly Prepare daily bank deposits Reconcile and prepare daily credit card deposits Maintain equipment inventory list and ensure accuracy Verify and track referral commissions Assist with general office tasks as needed Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor Minimum Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask Strong time management skills Working knowledge of Microsoft office, office equipment and procedures Associate degree in accounting At least two years of experience in accounting What We Offer Annual Profit Sharing: Eligible employees receive 510% profit sharing each year based on company performance.
