Commercial Real Estate Analyst

JOB DETAILS:We’re looking for a CRE Analyst to support a growing real estate platform, partnering across asset management, acquisitions, and development to drive data-informed investment decisions and portfolio performance.This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys financial modeling, real estate strategy, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV) across acquisitions and existing assetsAnalyze property and portfolio performance including NOI, cash flow, and variance to budgetSupport due diligence, underwriting, and development feasibility analysisPartner with Asset Management to identify value creation opportunitiesPrepare investment reporting, dashboards, and executive summariesConduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategyWhat We’re Looking For2–5+ years in real estate finance, asset management, or investment analysisStrong financial modeling skills (Excel required)Experience with Argus and/or data tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plusBackground in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or AccountingAbility to turn data into clear, actionable insightsWhat Success Looks LikeDelivering high-quality analysis that drives investment decisionsIdentifying NOI growth and cost optimization opportunities• Improving portfolio visibility through reporting and insightsBeing a trusted partner across teams
