Join our growing team at a leading South Florida–based cigar distribution company as a Sales Account Executive for the New Jersey/New York region. We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional to represent our brands, grow existing accounts, and expand our footprint across the territory.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage a portfolio of retail and wholesale cigar accounts within the assigned territory.Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through regular visits, calls, and events.Identify new business opportunities and drive territory growth by onboarding new retailers.Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.Maintain detailed records of sales activity, account performance, and market trends.Coordinate with the internal operations and marketing teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely delivery.Represent the company professionally at cigar events, trade shows, and in-store promotions.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of outside sales or account management experience (preferably in tobacco, beverage, or consumer goods).Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Knowledge or passion for premium cigars is a plus.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary plus commission with uncapped earning potential.Comprehensive health benefits package (medical, dental, and vision).Paid Time Off (PTO) and company holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company 5% contribution.Company-provided training, marketing support, and product samples.About UsWe are a South Florida–based cigar company known for our premium brands, quality craftsmanship, and dedication to the cigar lifestyle.
