Regional Director Of Operations

The Regional Director of Operations (RDO) is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the successful and profitable operation of multiple hotel properties within a designated region. This role focuses on maximizing guest satisfaction, driving revenue growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to brand and regulatory standards. The RDO will lead cross-functional teams, develop strong partnerships, and implement performance-driven strategies that align with company goals.We uphold a people-first culture where relationships come before business, and intentional culture powers performance. By combining proven systems, talent development, and a culture rooted in genuine connection and ownership results, our company fosters an environment where team members are empowered to grow and deliver exceptional outcomes.Responsibilities:Conduct property inspections, enforce regulatory and franchise compliance, and address concerns to uphold brand standards.Manage all daily hotel operational areas, including housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and F&B to ensure smooth and efficient execution.Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team while cultivating a positive, inclusive, and goal-oriented work environment.Collaborate with sales teams to increase market share, maintain key client relationships, and monitor performance to meet revenue goals.Provide timely performance reports, financial updates, and operational insights to stakeholders, including owners and corporate leadership.Qualifications:In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, including preventative maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and present effectively to stakeholders at all levels.Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, with the ability to evaluate performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.Proven ability to manage diverse teams, delegate effectively, and develop talent across multiple property locations.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing business needs with frequent overnight travel, as such should be available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.About Company:At ARK, our vision is to positively impact, and our mission is to raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
