Title: Supply Chain Planner 4 Location: 100% Remote Duration: 2 Months (Hight possibility to extend after the budget approval) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week (No OT) Pay Rate Range: $30 to $38/hr Role OverviewThis role focuses on supply-demand planning, inventory management, and operational execution within the cloud/server supply chain. The candidate will act as a key link between Capacity Planning and Build Order & Fulfilment teams, ensuring alignment between supply and demand.Top 2 Hard Skills Required 4-5+ Years of Experience Experience in Supply Chain (knowledge and operational experience) Cross‑functional collaboration skills, specifically experience working with functional teams to drive business resultsKey ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain Planning & Execution Act as a key link between Capacity Planning and Build Order & Fulfilment teams Support demand–supply shaping activities for global data center delivery Ensure on-time execution of supply chain operations Inventory & Supply Management Maintain inventory levels, minimizing overstock and stockouts Monitor supply levels and design tools for inventory management Analyse supply-demand trends and support forecasting activities Data Analysis & Reporting Utilize data and analytics for supply matching and planning Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics Perform complex data analysis to identify improvement opportunities Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement initiatives alongside daily operations Establish and refine metrics, processes, and performance indicators Support organization-wide projects to improve delivery, reliability, and agility Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, planning, and operations teams Communicate trade-offs between supplier capabilities and business needs Partner with global stakeholders to drive business outcomes Required Skills & QualificationsTop Hard Skills (4–5+ Years Preferred) Supply Chain experience (operations, planning, execution) Cross-functional collaboration (driving business outcomes across teams) Core Skills Strong data analysis and problem-solving ability Experience with KPI tracking and performance metrics Knowledge of inventory management and supply-demand planning Ability to manage multiple priorities and escalations Strong project management skills Technical & Functional Skills Experience working with global supply chain partners Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement improvements Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments Soft Skills Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) Strong attention to detail and customer focus Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly Proven ability to manage competing priorities effectively Preferred Background in IT, high-tech electronics, manufacturing, or service supply chain MS or MBA (preferred but not required) Disqualifier Candidates previously let go from contract roles due to performance issues If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
