Receiving Team Training Lead

Receiving Team Training Lead*This posting is for an assignment, in addition to Inventory Specialist / Receiver job responsibilities. The assignment term is 2 years, subject to effective performance.Responsibilities:In addition to normal duties, the person selected will be the Training Lead and coordinator for Inventory Specialists and Receivers.Train new members of the Receiving Team; rotates, as needed, as Trainer at Central Office, and/or other locations, including remote training sessions.Facilitate a portion and participate in monthly conference calls with the Receiving TeamBe a resource for process questions and make recommendations.Interact and work closely with the Central Office Training Team to identify and develop continuous improvements.Maintain Wilco and Farm Store Standards.Qualifications:Must currently be a member of the Receiving Team (any location).Must have the knowledge and expertise to train Inventory Specialists and Receivers effectively.Ability to interact effectively with customers and co-workers.Communicates well with management to improve Inventory Specialist and Receiver performance.A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
