It is an opportunity to step into a position where you can own client relationships, deliver high-impact work, and help shape the direction of the air quality practice across the Gulf Coast.Why this role stands outImmediate exposure to major Gulf Coast clients across oil & gas and chemicalsOpportunity to build and grow key accounts, not just maintain themBacked by a well-established team with national technical supportClear runway into team leadership and long-term progressionWhat you’ll be doingLead delivery of air permitting, compliance and emissions inventory projectsAct as a true seller-doer, balancing technical delivery with client developmentStrengthen relationships with key operators across the Gulf Coast (mainly Texas and Louisiana)Support multi-media environmental work where needed (SPCC, SWPPP, H&S)Mentor junior staff and play a role in building out the team over timeWhat they’re looking for15+ years of experience in air quality consultingStrong expertise across permitting, compliance and regulatory frameworksExperience working with Gulf Coast industrial clients (O&G and/or chemicals)Proven ability to deliver technically strong work and manage projects effectivelySomeone who can operate as a self-starter in a client-facing leadership roleQualificationsBachelors or Masters in Chemical, Environmental or related Engineering fieldPE license in Texas and/or Louisiana preferredLocationHouston preferredOpen to other Texas locations or Louisiana for the right individualHybrid working (typically 2 days in office with additional client interaction)Compensation$136K – $204K base depending on experienceBonus potential for high performers4 weeks PTO
