We invite you to be part of our community, where you can grow your career and serve with your heart.In our time of Company growth, we are seeking a Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN).Work Location: Bradenton, FLAs Part Of This Role, You Will Supervise and coordinate nursing staff during assigned shifts Assign patient care duties based on staff qualifications and patient needs Provide direct patient care as needed, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation Ensure adherence to clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory standards Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nursing staff Monitor patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges Communicate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families Address and resolve patient care issues or concerns promptly Assist with staff scheduling, staffing adjustments, and shift coverage Participation in performance improvement and quality assurance initiatives Ensure accurate and timely documentation in medical records Respond to emergencies and coordinate appropriate interventionsRequirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred but not required Minimum of 2–5 years of clinical nursing experience Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred SummaryThe Registered Charge Nurse is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations within an assigned unit or department. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, safety, and efficient care delivery.
