Job DetailsDescriptionSCHEDULE: 8:00-4:30 Monday-FridayJob SummaryProvides leadership and oversight of scheduling and outpatient admission processes for the Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology departments. Ensures prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service for patients across all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and geriatric populations.Supervises scheduling staff and coordinates daily workflow to support efficient patient access, scheduling accuracy, and completion of admission and clerical processes. Maintains a hands-on role in operations and assists with answering calls, scheduling patients, and completing admissions as needed due to staffing constraints or high demand.Leads communication of process and procedure changes to scheduling, Radiology, and Oncology staff, ensuring standardized workflow implementation. Actively contributes to performance improvement and CQI initiatives, partnering with leadership to identify and implement improvements in scheduling and admission processes.
