We are part of a multi-clinic organization based in Minnesota, with independently owned locations all over the United States, that are structured to remove many daily obstacles that interfere with providing great therapy. Our centralized team handles referrals, scheduling, billing, insurance credentialing, technology, and client matching so clinicians can focus on therapy. Happy therapists provide better careand thats our goal.Who Were Looking ForWe are seeking clinicians who need a part-time role that fits their life right now, with the option to grow into full-time in the future (not required). The ideal candidate is passionate about providing therapy services, aligns with our core values, and is committed to offering services through Ellie rather than splitting time with private practice or another agency.ResponsibilitiesComplete diagnostic assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation (annual updates, treatment reviews, progress notes)Maintain a minimum caseload of 20 scheduled sessions and 15 completed client visits weeklyServe as primary point of contact for clientsCollaborate with team members to improve access to care in our communityUse creative interventions to support client goalsCoordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other professionals as neededAttend staff meetings, trainings, and team activitiesRequired QualificationsActive clinical license in Idaho (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW preferred)Prompt and effective communicatorStrong professional boundariesTimely documentation skillsProficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)Comfort with electronic intakes, portals, and automated processesComfortable discussing billing and collecting client financial responsibilityAbility to pass a background checkWillingness to sign a non-compete and provide therapy services exclusively through Ellie during employmentPreferred QualificationsEngaged team member who values collaboration despite part-time statusPassion for expanding access to mental health care locallyAlignment with Ellies core values: autonomy, flexibility, creativity, authenticity, humor, compassion, acceptance, and determinationWhat We OfferCommission-only pay model based on experience: Tier 1 (30%), Tier 2 (35%), Tier 3 (40%), Tier 4 (45%)$20/hour for required meetingsHybrid schedule averaging ~25 hours/week in officeFlexible scheduling and Flex Time OffFree CEUs via TPNhealth plus local CEU eventsPaid annual license renewalBeautiful office spaces, telehealth flexibility, and shared office useTechnology providedEllie swag (we cant help ourselves!)Additional DetailsPosition located in Coeur dAlene or Post Falls, IdahoReports to Clinical Director Julie Krapfl, LMFTLearn more: www.elliementalhealth.comFlexible work from home options available.
