DataStaff is in need of a Programmer Analyst for one of our direct clients in the Richmond, VA area for a long-term contract opportunity.*This position is hybrid; the selected candidate must work onsite 3 days per week.*State-wide travel may be requiredResponsibilities:Build applications using Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI and Sharepoint, GIS applications using various ESRI ArcGIS products.Gain broad understanding of the innovation frameworkUse the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGISFollow all applicable industry and standards, processes and ProtocolsEngage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needsManage stakeholder communications and expectationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Process mapping experienceCode DocumentationWriting Requirements/Scope documentsWriting use-casesUsing architectural artifactsInterpreting solution architecturesExcellent written and oral communicationCustomer focused collaborationOther Software Knowledge: Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Datalakes and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS ExperiencesRequired Skills:5 Years - Programming experience in a high level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java5 Years - Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python2 Years - Experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and Dataverse5 Years - Experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.5 Years - Experience using RESTFul APISThis opportunity is available on a corp-to-corp basis or as a W2 position with a competitive benefits package.
