This is not an environment defined by bleeding edge innovation and the kind of ongoing stress-filled adrenaline-soaked workload you might expect from a startup or company where milliseconds can cost the investors millions. However, people can get testy when their Internet connection is slow. The job is not without pressure. And, as you can probably guess from looking through the wide range of skills name-checked in the bullet points above, an Electro-Mech Systems Admin has to wear many many hats. You must be able to multitask with minimal supervision and manage the details amid distractions. It is a fun and relaxed place to work, but probably too unstructured for a beginner. This job is for the person who not only brings an array of skills to the table but also a strong work ethic.
