Warehouse AssociateThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of products within the warehouse. This role includes receiving, storing, picking, and shipping inventory while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards. This will be starting as a seasonal role through peak season, ending at the beginning of January 2027, with potential to remain on staff long term.Essential Job FunctionsStrong desire to learn the processes and duties required to support the EMG business model and the superior EMG service standards.Promote a safe work environment through personal actions and promptly report any safety concerns to management. Comply with OSHA standards.Ability to follow directions from leadership and perform assigned tasks at a high level of efficiency with minimal supervision.Follow written and verbal instructions accuratelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including company equipment and materials; remove loose debris and sweep as needed.Pick, prepare, and load outbound shipments accurately, ensuring items, quantities, and documentation align with customer specifications.
