OT Occupational Therapist-Inpatient

Work Shift:Responsible for treating assigned patients including obtaining accurate prescription, reviewing charts adequately, evaluating patient and documenting according to policy.Education & Training:Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.Experience:One (1) year as a licensed Occupational Therapist.Required Certification/Registration/Licensure:Current OT licensure by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy.Current AHA/ARC BLS certification. Must obtain and maintain required orthoeducation/training as mandated in the Houston Healthcare Joint DestinationCenter of Excellence Policy.
