This role sits directly within that initiative and will play a critical part in shaping how rewards and loyalty experiences are configured, delivered, and scaled across the organization.This is a highly visible opportunity for someone who wants to be hands-on in a large enterprise banking transformation while influencing a platform that will impact millions of customers.What You'll DoLead functional design, configuration, and testing activities within the Zafin Rewards moduleTranslate business requirements related to rewards, loyalty, and incentive programs into scalable platform configurationsPartner closely with product, business, and technology teams to define rewards eligibility logic, redemption structures, and customer experience flowsDrive user story development, backlog refinement, and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery environmentSupport integrations between Zafin and connected banking, CRM, and reporting platformsServe as the functional SME during sprint ceremonies, UAT cycles, and production readiness activitiesIdentify configuration gaps, integration risks, and data inconsistencies before production deploymentDocument business rules, platform decisions, and operational processes to support long-term scalability and transition into steady-state operationsWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience with Zafin Rewards functionality, including configuration, eligibility rules, rewards logic, and redemption workflowsExperience supporting enterprise Zafin implementations within financial services environmentsStrong understanding of loyalty programs, product-linked incentives, and rewards structuresBackground as a Business Analyst, Functional Lead, Product Owner, or similar functional delivery roleAbility to bridge business and technical teams while driving requirements and execution forwardExperience working in Agile environments with tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceFamiliarity with integrations, APIs, data mapping, and downstream reporting workflowsFinancial services experience required; large banking environment experience strongly preferredNice to HaveExperience with additional Zafin modules beyond RewardsExposure to large-scale retail or consumer banking transformationsExperience supporting pricing, loyalty, or customer engagement platformsAbility to operate in fast-moving, highly visible enterprise programs with executive-level exposureInterest in long-term growth or conversion opportunities tied to future program phasesWhy This RoleThis is not a maintenance-style Zafin role.The Rewards initiative is a strategic investment area tied directly to a broader enterprise modernization effort.
