Reporting to the VP of Brokerage Pursuits, this individual will help lead how Savills approaches priority pursuit opportunities across the business. The Senior Pursuits Manager will independently drive strategic pursuits, advise brokers on positioning and messaging, and help translate client needs into compelling, differentiated stories that improve win probability.This role is both strategic and hands-on. The Senior Pursuits Manager will be expected to lead pursuit strategy and execution from early-stage opportunity assessment through proposal development and final presentation delivery. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to influence teams, shape narratives, and manage high-stakes opportunities with confidence.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIESPursuit leadershipIndependently lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of strategic pursuit opportunities, ensuring deliverables are competitive, compliant, tailored, and aligned with client priorities. Serve as a trusted advisor to brokers throughout the pursuit process, helping them sharpen strategy, clarify messaging, and prepare for effective client engagement.Lead the full pursuit lifecycle, from early-stage cultivation and qualification through proposal development, interview and presentation preparation, and post-pursuit debriefs.Help brokers anticipate client questions, pressure-test proposed solutions, and refine materials so the team presents with clarity and conviction.Lead preparation for high-stakes client interactions, including proposal strategy, presentation development, speaker coaching, run-of-show preparation, and refinement of.Storytelling, positioning, and content leadershipLead development of pursuit messaging and story architecture, shaping win themes and ensuring the narrative is clear, differentiated, and responsive to what matters most to the client.Translate complex information into persuasive pursuit materials and communications.Guide content development across the pursuit lifecycle, ensuring consistency of message across outreach, proposals, presentation flow, visuals, and verbal delivery.Partner with the Creative Design Team and other pursuit colleagues to create polished, visually compelling materials that reinforce the story and strengthen Savills’ positioning.Partnership with the VP of Brokerage Pursuits and support of team excellenceHelp evolve the pursuit function by incorporating AI into day-to-day workflows, using it to support research, drafting, knowledge capture, and process efficiency while maintaining strong judgment, quality control, and alignment with team standards.Act as a close partner to the VP of Brokerage Pursuits in advancing pursuit quality, consistency, and strategic impact across the business.Provide guidance, mentorship, and day-to-day support to Pursuit Managers and other team members, helping strengthen their strategic thinking, storytelling, and execution.Contribute to refinement of tools, templates, and operating practices that improve efficiency, increase consistency, and support stronger outcomes across the pursuit function.Lead structured debriefs and capture lessons learned following proposals and presentations.Partner with subject matter experts and pursuit colleagues to refine and evolve library content.Other duties may be assigned.QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years of experience in marketing/communications, pursuit management, or sales support within a professional services organization. Commercial real estate experience is strongly preferred.Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management, organizational, and critical thinking skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization at all levels.Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver presentations that synthesize complex problems, articulate solutions, and support persuasive client-facing storytelling.Advanced experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).QUALITIES & ATTRIBUTESPositive and proactive individual who takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities.Quick learner and highly motivated self-starter who can work with limited guidance.Strong sense of integrity with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.Savills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
