Mild to Wild takes pride in its dedication to offering memorable, high-quality outdoor adventures.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, seasonal, on-site Kitchen Manager role based in Moab, UT. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, including food ordering and purchasing, portioning packing, managing supplies, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. The successful candidate will manage the kitchen, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a clean and efficient workspace while ensuring an exceptional backcountry culinary experience for our guests.QualificationsExpertise in Food Preparation Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and Food Quality standardsExperience in Culinary Management and team leadershipProven ability to manage inventory and maintain a safe, clean kitchen environmentExcellent organizational and communication skillsKnowledge of food safety regulations and practicesPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusServSafe Certification or equivalent preferred
