This role is r esponsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the organization including accounting, reporting, forecasting and financial planning. The role provides leadership with timely, accurate financial insights and ensures strong internal controls, compliance, and operations efficiency across all finance and accounting functions.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESOversee all accounting and finance operations, including general ledger and financial closePrepare and deliver accurate financial reports and analysisSupport budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Analyze results and provide insights to support business decisionsMaintain and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controlsEnsure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulationsSupport leadership with financial modeling and scenario analysisManage job costing and financial tracking processesPartner with internal stakeholders to support operational needsEDUCATION Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field requiredEXPERIENCE 3-5 years of progressive accounting or finance experienceExperience in a leadership or management role withing finance or accountingExperience supporting financial close and reporting processesExperience participating in budgeting and forecasting cyclesExperience improving or supporting financial systems and processesTECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standardsUnderstanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis conceptsKnowledge of internal controls and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with job costing and financial analysisProficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft ExcelSKILLS & COMPETENCIES Leadership and accountability in a team environmentStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesAnalytical thinking and problem-solving abilityClear and effective written and verbal communicationAbility to translate financial data into actionable business insightsStrong organization and time management skillsSound judgment and decision-making capabilityAbility to identify and drive process improvementCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS:$80,000 - 100,000 per year. Compensation is based on several factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience and education, geographic location, and current market trends.
