Five Points Pet Resort – Vass, NCFive Points Pet Resort is hiring a sales-driven, outgoing Client Care Specialist for our Vass location.This is not your average front desk position. We are looking for someone who can build relationships, confidently recommend services, and actively sell packages, activities, and suite upgrades - all while delivering exceptional client care to pets and their owners.What You'll Do:Check pets in and out for boarding, daycare & groomingAnswer phones and emails professionallyMake and alter reservationsSell packages, add-ons, and accommodationsCommunicate clearly and transparently with pet parentsSafely handle dogs and catsMaintain a clean and welcoming lobby/front desk areaProcess payments accuratelyWhat We're Looking For:Strong client service experienceProven sales ability and confidence discussing pricingOutgoing personality with excellent communication skillsProfessionalism, patience, and attention to detailLove for animals and comfort handling petsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:Highschool or GED EquivalentClient Care Experience (1+ year)Sales Experience (1+ year)Competitive hourly wage and commission opportunities available for this position.About UsEstablished in 2004, our passion revolves around delivering top-notch pet care with a warm touch.
