Security Analyst

OverviewBryceTech is seeking a Security Analyst IV to support the Capbility Program Executive for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CPE CBRND). This role provides critical security and operational support to ensure compliance with DoW security requirements and the protection of sensitive and classified information.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with DoW, Army, and organizational security policies and proceduresSupport classified and unclassified meetings, including coordination of secure facilities and protocolsConduct daily physical security checks and report any vulnerabilities or incidentsCoordinate and process visitor access, including foreign national visit requestsMaintain and safeguard classified materials, systems, and workspacesSupport personnel security processes, including clearances, CACs, and access controlMonitor and enforce OPSEC, INFOSEC, and cybersecurity reporting requirementsAssist with incident reporting, including security violations or potential breachesMaintain security documentation, logs, and compliance recordsCollaborate with government security offices to ensure mission readiness and complianceQualificationsActive Secret clearance5+ years of experience in DoW or federal security operationsWorking knowledge of:Classified material handling proceduresPhysical and personnel security processesOPSEC and information protection standardsExperience supporting secure facilities or classified environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to operate in a high-compliance environmentExcellent communication and coordination skills
