Change Manager- Onsite

Overview In this role you join Power Generation’s Adoption and Sustainment workstream to transform change management across our fleet of wind, solar, and fossil assets. You will establish reusable change assets and scalable processes to support tech-focused initiatives like AI, automation, and data integration. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to shape how we apply data-driven approaches to change activities and sustainment. This is a chance to influence how the enterprise adopts new technology at scale and to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
