Cedartown Foods D.B.A Jersey Mike's Position: District Manager Compensation Range: $90,000-$100,000Location: Pittsburgh, PA Market Must be located in the Pittsburgh Market or be seriously willing to relocate prior to onboardingDistrict Manager Role (Jersey Mike's)The District Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pittsburgh, PA overseeing multiple restaurant locations within the district. This role is responsible for leading and developing restaurant managers, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sales and profitability across all assigned units. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting restaurants, reviewing performance metrics, coaching leaders on staffing, scheduling, and service standards, and ensuring consistent execution of company policies and brand guidelines. The District Manager partners with store leadership to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety, while delivering an outstanding guest experience. This role also involves budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, as well as recruiting, training, performance management, and succession planning to build strong, engaged teams.Qualifications5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants, with a strong track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and improving store performance.Operational expertise in labor planning, inventory control, food safety, and adherence to brand standards across multiple locations.People leadership skills, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, conflict resolution, and performance management for diverse teams.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to model and reinforce excellent service, hospitality, and guest recovery practices.Extensive experience leading new restaurant openings (NROs) and managing multi‑store acquisitions.Strong analytical and organizational skills, including the ability to interpret KPIs, develop action plans, and manage multiple priorities.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with restaurant teams, operational and executive leaders and board members.Proficiency with basic business and restaurant management tools (e.g., POS systems, scheduling software, productivity tools such as email and spreadsheets).Ability to work on-site across district locations in and around greater Pittsburgh market, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and eligibility to work in the United States.Must reside in the Pittsburgh market or be fully relocation‑ready prior to onboarding.
