What You’ll Do Gather and compare vendor quotes (transport, lodging, catering, activities) Create marketing and media assets using Canva, InVideo, Midjourney, and AI tools Support social‑media setup, website updates, and CRM organization Assist with recruiting key staff (Tour Captain, Mission Specialist) Help plan and coordinate event logistics for launch‑timed tours Conduct market research and competitive analysis Prepare project briefs and progress updates for the founder What You’ll Gain Direct mentorship from an Emory MBA–trained serial entrepreneur with multiple funded ventures and exits Produce front‑facing, consequential deliverables.
