We operate as a true extension of our clients' teams.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Amazon-focused Account Manager to serve as the strategic owner of the brand across Amazon and retail channels. You'll own revenue outcomes, lead client strategy, and work closely with our internal advertising team managing Google, Meta, and paid media.This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of Amazon and beauty category experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable being the person the brand trusts to know what's going on — and what to do about it.What you'll own:Full Amazon strategy across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central — revenue growth, margin, retail readinessListing optimization, catalog structure, and conversion performanceInventory planning, product launches, promotional calendars, and deal strategyBrand presence on Ulta and key retail platforms — pricing, positioning, assortmentClient leadership: business reviews, strategic recommendations, and proactive growth planningCross-channel collaboration with our Ads Managers (Amazon Ads, Google, Meta)Who this is for:You've managed Amazon accounts in the beauty category and you're comfortable owning performance, not just reporting on it.
