The Judge Group is seeking a Quality Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Roanoke, VA area.Title: Quality ManagerLocation: Roanoke, VASalary: $100,000 - $130,000ResponsibilitiesLead and strengthen plant-wide quality systems to ensure product integrity and efficiencyOwn inspections, testing methods, SOPs, specifications, GMPs, and food safety complianceDrive continuous improvement across internal processes and supplier qualityEvaluate production and quality data to determine finished goods dispositionServe as the primary customer contact for quality concerns and technical supportLead root cause analysis and corrective actions for complaints and nonconformancesPartner with Commercial, Product Development, Engineering, and Corporate QA on trialsOversee supplier claims, HFI systems, and adherence to SMA standardsCommunicate quality KPIs and train plant leadership on quality and GMP expectationsSupervise quality staff and collaborate with HR on personnel mattersQualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical or related field8+ years in manufacturing, including 4+ years in quality leadershipStrong analytical, computer, and communication skillsProven ability to solve complex problems and influence all levelsContinuous improvement experience; Six Sigma preferredBackground in can manufacturing and self-directed teams a plus #JDP
