As AI adoption accelerates internally, they are seeking a Security Engineer to help define and implement security practices around next-generation AI systems - with a particular emphasis on agent-based and autonomous workflows. You will operate in a highly technical setting, working closely with researchers, engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure security is embedded into both traditional systems and emerging AI workflows from the ground up...Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and enhance security practices across infrastructure, applications, and AI-driven systemsIdentify and remediate vulnerabilities across a diverse technology estate, including high-performance compute environmentsDevelop automation to improve detection, response, and remediation of security issuesSecure agent-based AI workflows, including orchestration layers and autonomous system interactionsContribute to threat detection and response capabilities across endpoints and internal systemsSupport vulnerability management processes, including identification, prioritisation, and remediation trackingPartner with engineering and research teams to embed security into development and deployment workflowsEvaluate security tooling and implement improvements to strengthen overall defensive capabilitiesAssist in defining security standards, policies, and best practices aligned to evolving technologiesContinuously assess emerging risks associated with AI systems and propose practical mitigation strategiesWhat You’ll Bring…4-10 years’ experience in information security engineering or related technical security roles (flexible depending on depth and capability)Strong grounding in core security domains, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability managementFamiliarity with common attack techniques and defensive strategies across modern systemsExperience working with security tooling such as EDR, SIEM, or vulnerability scanning platformsExperience securing AI/ML systems, agent-based architectures, or automated workflowsExposure to DevSecOps practices and integrating security into engineering workflowsStrong scripting or programming ability (e.g. Python or similar) to support automation and toolingExperience working within Linux-based environmentsStrong communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams(Preferred) Exposure to high-performance computing or research-driven environments(Preferred) Experience building or automating security processes at scale...
