Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Lexington, KY. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, recommending Sysco’s products and services, negotiating contracts, and monitoring the successful implementation of sales strategies. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships. Qualifications Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to develop and execute tailored solutions.Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain lasting client relationships.Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients and colleagues.Ability to identify sales opportunities and contribute to team goals.Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is an advantage.Familiarity with the restaurant or food service industry is a plus.Availability to work on-site in Lexington, KY, and flexibility to travel locally as needed.
