By combining clinical expertise with family insights, we help children build skills, gain confidence, and thrive.Our MissionOur mission is to expand access to exceptional diagnostic and behavioral healthcare for every child, no matter where they live or their circumstances.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about expanding access to high-quality, family-centered autism support through both telehealth services and innovative digital tools. This role combines traditional BCBA responsibilities with a key function supporting and evolving our in-app Expert Chat experience.In addition to providing clinical oversight and telehealth services, this individual will engage directly with families via chat, offering timely, evidence-informed guidance while creating a supportive, approachable experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both clinical and fast-paced, customer-focused environments and is excited to help shape the future of digital care delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTelehealth BCBA ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral and functional analytic assessmentsDevelop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plansProvide clinical supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)Collaborate with families to set meaningful treatment goals and provide parent training to support skill generalizationMonitor client progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure data-driven decision-makingProvide clear, concise instruction and feedback to clients, families, and team membersMaintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and servicesPlan for appropriate discharge and continuity of careEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as Frontera policies and proceduresExpert Chat & Family SupportEngage directly with families via in-app chat, quickly identifying core needs while maintaining a warm, empathetic, and trust-building approachProvide high-quality, evidence-informed guidance to families exploring autism, diagnoses, and service optionsDeliver a strong customer-service-oriented experience, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to address family concernsRespond to chat inquiries within established service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring timely and reliable supportBalance efficiency with thoughtful, personalized responses to minimize unnecessary back-and-forth while maintaining qualityOperations & CoverageHelp establish and refine workflows, best practices, and response frameworks for consistent, high-quality supportIdentify trends in family questions and needs to inform content and service improvementsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to enhance and scale the Expert Chat experienceProvide clinical expertise to inform feature development, workflows, and user experience improvementsContribute to innovation efforts by helping test, iterate, and refine new tools and processesGeneral RequirementsStrong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum DisorderDemonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorshipExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a chat-based formatStrong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skillsHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with technology, including data systems, telehealth platforms, and digital toolsCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standardsEducation and ExperienceActive BCBA certificationMaster’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric populationMinimum of 5 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing and overseeing behavior intervention plansAt least 1 year of telehealth supervision experience Experience supporting or communicating with families in early stages of diagnosis or service navigationAt least 2 years of experience in a Parent-Implemented ABA or BCBA Direct roleAt this time, we are not able to hire in the following states/locations: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington, Oregon, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, and D.C.We have determined a salary range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline and the exact salary will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
