This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced property management environment and enjoys owning the financial operations for multiple properties.The ideal candidate will bring strong property accounting experience, analytical strength, and the ability to manage deadlines while partnering closely with operations and leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial records for multiple property portfoliosManage accounts payable and accounts receivable related to property operationsPerform timely bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reportsPartner with property managers to support budgeting and forecasting activitiesEnsure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirementsAssist with audits and internal controls processesMentor and support junior accounting staff as neededQualifications6–10 years of property accounting experience requiredStrong understanding of accounting principles and property management/accounting softwareExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredCPA or other relevant certifications are a plus
