The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, full-stack web development, and modern development practices, along with the ability to work in structured environments such as Waterfall and Agile.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Microsoft technologiesWork closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirementsImplement responsive and user-friendly web interfacesPerform unit testing and follow Test Driven Development (TDD) practicesDevelop and optimize database solutions using SQL Server and OracleParticipate in system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuningCollaborate across multiple projects as a technical lead or subject matter expertEnsure adherence to State IT standards, processes, and security guidelinesPrepare technical documentation and support validation activitiesRequired Qualifications 4 6 years of experience in systems analysis, development, and engineering in an online/web environmentStrong proficiency in:Microsoft C# .NET and MVC frameworkjQuery, HTML, and Responsive DesignExperience with:Test Driven Development (TDD) and Unit TestingMicrosoft SQL Server and Oracle databasesMicrosoft Azure cloud platformVisual Studio 2012 or laterExperience working in Agile and/or Waterfall environmentsStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExperience acting as a team lead or subject matter expert Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)Knowledge of PowerPoint and SharePointExperience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)Experience working with State of Florida IT standards and processesSubmission RequirementsUpdated resumeCompleted Self-Certification FormThree professional references (preferably from similar projects)Detailed examples of relevant project experience aligned with the RFQ scope
