Electrical Estimator

*Required Qualifications* * *Minimum 5 years of electrical estimating experience.* * *Strong commercial electrical construction estimating background required.* * *Knowledge of electrical construction practices, NEC (National Electrical Code), and fire alarm systems.* * *Ability to interpret complex electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.* * *Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.* * *Excellent verbal and written communication skills.* * *Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Teams.* *Preferred Qualifications* * *Previous field experience as a licensed electrician.* * *Degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.* * *Experience estimating large-scale commercial projects.* * *Experience with schools, hospitals, federal facilities, or other complex commercial construction projects.* * *Experience mentoring or leading estimating teams.* Pay: $70,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
