Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Social Security Disability law, a passion for client advocacy, and the ability to manage a caseload independently. This role involves representing clients in administrative hearings, conducting client consultations, and handling appeals and briefs. You will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes client outcomes and the highest standard of legal services.

Responsibilities:
Represent clients in Social Security Disability hearings before administrative law judges.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation, appeals, and legal briefs for disability claims.
Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility and gather case information.
Develop case strategies to maximize client success and meet organizational standards.
Collaborate with case managers, support staff, and other attorneys to ensure comprehensive case management.
Stay updated on Social Security Disability regulations, laws, and procedures to provide clients with accurate, current information.
Qualifications:
Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in the state assigned.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Social Security Disability law.
Proven track record of successful Social Security Disability hearings and appeals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients in an understandable way.
Excellent organizational and case management skills, with attention to detail.
Compassionate and client-focused, with the ability to manage a caseload efficiently.
Familiarity with SSA software, electronic case files, and legal research tools.
