This role offers the opportunity to work closely with high-growth start-ups, investors, and funds on complex corporate transactions.Role HighlightsDrafting and reviewing investment documents (SHA, SSA, SPA, term sheets, etc.)Advising on PE/VC investments, fund matters, and M&A transactionsConducting legal research across corporate, regulatory, and data privacy lawsAssisting in due diligence, transaction structuring, and complianceDirect interaction with founders, funds, and family officesEligibility LL.B.
