Microbiology Technician
Our client, a leading organization in the biopharmaceutical industry, is seeking a Microbiology Technician to join their team. As a Microbiology Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control Laboratory supporting microbiological testing and ensuring the safety and efficacy of biopharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform microbiological testing such as endotoxin, bioburden, water testing, and environmental monitoring.
Manage testing schedules to ensure timely analysis of raw materials, in-process, and final products.
Maintain accurate and valid testing results, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist in laboratory investigations and participate in change control activities.
Ensure adherence to GMP and other regulatory requirements, maintaining data integrity in all operations.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Biology or Microbiology.
5-8+ years of laboratory experience, with at least 2 years in a regulated industry.
Knowledge of microbial test methods and laboratory systems such as LIMS.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a laboratory environment with proper PPE and safety protocols.
