As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Studio General Manager to oversee daily operations, support client success, lead with integrity and enthusiasm.Position SummaryWe are seeking a driven, growth-minded leader to step into the role of Studio General Manager. This is someone who is not only capable of managing the day-to-day operations, but is deeply motivated to lead, build, and expand.This is not a maintenance-based role. It is an opportunity for someone who is hungry — someone who takes initiative, thinks beyond the checklist, and is energized by growth. The right person will bring a strong sense of ownership, pride in their work, and a commitment to elevating every aspect of the studio experience.As General Manager, you will be responsible for leading from the front — driving membership sales and retention, developing a high-performing team, elevating retail performance, and creating a strong, consistent in-studio presence. You will set the tone for the community, build meaningful relationships with members, and ensure the studio operates at a high standard every single day.Beyond the day-to-day, this role requires someone who can think bigger. We are looking for a leader who is excited about scaling, someone who wants to grow this studio to its fullest potential and play a key role in expanding into future locations. This is a position for someone who is ready to step into leadership with vision, accountability, and a long-term mindset.The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
