Job Position: Weekend Production Supervisor Location: Humble, TX 77396Pay Rate: $31.00/hr.Shift: Day & NightShift 1: Friday-Sunday 4:55am-5:10pmShift 2: Frida-Sunday 4:55pm -5:10amKey ResponsibilitiesSupervise compliance with the production schedule and line priorities.Ensure proper machine operation, adequate staffing, and availability ofraw materials.Verify completion of operational, quality, and maintenance records inERP systems.Monitor product quality and compliance with technical and customerspecifications.Coordinate with Planning (PCP), Maintenance, Quality, and Purchasingto ensure smooth production flow.Control work-in-process (WIP) and manage preventive and correctivemaintenance requests.Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety conditions (5S standards).Lead, coach, and supervise shift personnel, promoting safety, discipline,and continuous improvement.Participate in operational meetings, training sessions, and developmentactivities.Core CompetenciesStrong shop-floor leadership.Decision-making under pressure.Clear and direct communication (bilingual).Results-oriented mindset.Strong safety culture.Teamwork and cross-functional coordination.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience as:o Shift Supervisor oro Shift LeaderExperience must be in industrial companies with production lines.Proven experience supervising operational teams in manufacturingenvironments.EducationTechnical or university education is not mandatory.Practical supervisory experience is valued over formal academic
