Project Engineering Manager

A Project Engineering Manager oversees all engineering disciplines during the bid phase for power plants in the Gas Services sector.They lead diverse engineering teams (electrical, mechanical, civil, control, etc.) to develop competitive proposals, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and cost.Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and consultants, managing technical evaluations, cost calculations, and risk mitigation, and facilitating smooth handovers post-winning projects.Applicants should have a university degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, at least 10 years in Power Generation or EPC, and 5+ years in project management.Leadership, customer focus, flexibility for travel, and experience with power plants are preferred.
