The Senior Night Area Manager will be responsible for:Supervise and schedule field janitorial teams to ensure efficient operationsProvide hands-on training and ongoing support to cleaning staffConduct multiple nightly site visits in a company-provided vehicle to monitor quality and performanceManage inventory and order necessary cleaning equipment and suppliesTrack employee hours and payroll using company software and technologyCollaborate with branch managers to ensure daily tasks and special projects are completed to standardsEnsure adherence to facility and company safety and security protocolsPerform various administrative and operational duties as requiredQualifications:Proven experience in a supervisory or management roleBilingual in English and SpanishValid driver's license with a clean driving record
