In lieu of a Master's (or foreign equi. deg.), Emp. will accept a Bachelor's deg. (or foreign equi. deg.) in C.S., I.T. or Engg. (any field) or rel. with at least 5 yrs. of progressive exp. in IT & know. of at least 7 of the foll.
