The Customer Service Collections Representative will handle high value business to business collection calls/emails to customers. The Customer Service Collections Representative may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. Responsibilities: Target Hire Date: May 11th, 2026Work at Home required schedule is Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm or 8:30am - 5:00pm.ONSITE in Allentown, PA the first day for equipment pick up and orientation.At Home Training is Monday - Friday , 8:30am - 5:00pmHandle collections matters via phone and email.Place calls to debtors regarding outstanding debt and collect on aged debt.Take inbound phone calls and greet customers with energy and enthusiasm.Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.Meet department productivity and quality standards.Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.Skills Requirements: At least 6 months or more Collections experience preferred.At least 1 year or more of previous Call Center experience and strong Customer Service experience preferred.Strong analytical skills through the use of Microsoft Excel.Strong oral and written communication skills required (professional, politely authoritative).Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment and work independently or in a team environment.Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.Problem solving skills.Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.Education Requirements: High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.Physical Requirements: Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects. Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
