Position SummaryThe Shift Leader oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts. Key ResponsibilitiesDemonstrate strong menu and product knowledge.Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts.Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyThrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members.Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills.Maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements.QualificationsMinimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift leadAbility to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shiftsProven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesMust be 18 years of age or olderEarly Pay BenefitWe offer an early pay benefit that allows employees to withdraw their pay-day funds early, on any day!
