CNC Machine Mill/Lathe Operator

Job Description CNC Machinist – Day & Night Shift Location: Catoosa, OK Schedule: 1 Day Shift Opening & 1 Night Shift Opening Available Pay: $22 - $26 HireCallis seeking experiencedCNC Machinistsfor a manufacturing company in Catoosa, OK. We are looking for dependable candidates with strong machining experience who can safely operate CNC equipment, maintain quality standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. ResponsibilitiesSafely operate CNC machine centers and numerical lathes Perform machine setup and troubleshooting as needed Operate additional shop equipment including:Manual mills and lathes Saws Drill presses Lead screw tappersPerform first-piece and in-process inspections Utilize precision measuring tools including:Calipers Micrometers Depth mics Drop indicators Pin gages Thread gages Profilometers Functional gagesRead and interpret blueprints, routers, work instructions, bills of material, and finish specifications Maintain accurate production and labor records Identify and report nonconforming parts or production issues Request equipment maintenance when needed Record scrap and rework accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Perform additional duties as assigned QualificationsPrevious CNC machining experience required Must be able to pass a CNC machining test Setup and troubleshooting experience preferred Experience with CMMs or optical comparators preferred Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills required Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Physical RequirementsRegularly required to stand and walk throughout shift Occasionally required to sit, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs Close vision and precision measurement capability required If you meet these requirements, call 918-933-5530 to schedule your interview with Teresa.
