Accounts Payable AnalystLocation: Winter Park, FL (On-site)Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 (hourly, commensurate with experience)Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time, in-office About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst to join our corporate accounting team in Winter Park, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience and must live within a 30-40 minute commute of our office. This role supports multiple restaurant concepts and locations, requiring excellent multitasking skills and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice entry, approvals, and payments Process invoices received via mail, email, and vendor portals Handle vendor payments through ACH, credit card, and checkAssist with month-end closing for A/P, including reconciling registers and preparing utility sheets Support preparation and processing of 1099sMaintain and organize vendor files and payment records Ensure proper GL coding and understanding of the Chart of AccountsCommunicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies Perform various ad hoc and administrative accounting tasks as assigned Qualifications:3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience (multi-location environment preferred) Strong knowledge of vendor paymentsACHcredit card, and check processingFamiliarity with SAGE and/or Microsoft Great Plains (GP) highly desired Experience with Excel and Outlook required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills No degree required - we value experience, initiative, and a strong work ethic Additional Details:This is a fully on-site position in Winter Park Candidates must reside within a 30-40 minute commuteAscendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
