Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.Position SummaryThe Manager Operations, Seasonal, Consumables & Brand Standards leads the execution of Front Store seasonal and consumables merchandising operational initiatives while elevating brand standards across front store merchandising. This role is accountable for driving consistent, high-quality execution from strategy through in-store delivery by partnering closely with Merchandising, Operations, and vendor partners to ensure programs are operationally sound, clearly communicated, and executed with excellence in stores. This role serves as a key point of connection between merchandising strategy and store operations by partnering on planogram sets, collaborating on planogram bulletin notes and instructions, owning the communication strategy for store and field teams within span of control, and driving continuous improvement through post-reset/program performance review and the voice of the colleague. The Manager moves with speed and agility to solve business-impacting execution issues, simplify processes, and improve store and corporate ways of working.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end execution of seasonal merchandising and consumable initiatives, ensuring programs are clear, executable, and consistently delivered in storesPartner on planogram sets by conducting walkthroughs, capturing feedback, and shaping bulletin notes and instructions to maximize store execution, while influencing decisions on processes and standards that simplify work and improve outcomesReview results of resets, programs, and events, collecting the voice of the colleague to drive continuous improvement in both store and CSC processesOwn the communication strategy for store and field teams for categories within span of control, including launch strategy, training materials, field readiness, and leadership materials/presentations that drive alignment, decisions, and clear execution readoutsBuild and maintain strong partnerships with Merchandising, vendor partners, and cross-functional teams to drive successful seasonal and consumable execution, while establishing, reinforcing, and elevating brand standards across all merchandising displays for consistency, compliance, and visual excellenceRequired QualificationsExperience leading store execution for merchandising programs such as seasonal transitions, consumables programs, planograms/resets, and brand standardsProven ability to translate merchandising strategy into clear store and field communications, including instructions, launch materials, training support, and readiness checklistsStrong operational coordination skills working across multiple stakeholders (stores, field leaders, Merchandising, CSC partners, vendors) to ensure aligned executionExperience collecting and synthesizing field feedback and execution performance signals into practical process improvements, clearer guidance, and actionable recommendationsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines with high attention to detail, and willingness to travel to stores as needed (up to 50%)Preferred QualificationsExperience partnering on planogram set development and store walkthroughs (including translating feedback into improved guidance)Experience developing executive-ready leadership updates and presentations tied to execution health and recommendationsExperience managing recall communications and execution follow-through for merchandising categoriesStrong project management skills supporting multi-workstream launches and seasonal readinessExperience using analytics tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards; SQL a plus) to monitor execution outcomes and performance trendsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAnticipated Weekly Hours40Time TypeFull timePay RangeThe Typical Pay Range For This Role Is$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.Our people fuel our future.
