Commercial Assistant
DescriptionProvide administrative support to the commercial team (management and coordination of projects).Foster effective inter-departmental communication, collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, FDMs, technical, marketing, sampling, and more.Use commercial system to assist with projects (MakeScents/SAP/Atlas/Start/Care/Fiori/CLASS).Ensure timely procurement of base and market products, and accurate, on-time submission of oils and samples.Administrative tasks including scheduling and preparation for internal and external meetings, paperwork for clients, PowerPoint and Excel support Input projects and sample orders, monitor samples and non-conformance issues, ensure samples get to areas where they are needed (FDM, Shipping, etc.) including market products (samples/blotters) for presentations, etc.Maintain proper documentation, initiate stabilities, and manage project data for efficient project execution and client satisfaction.QualificationsAssociate degree Bachelor's preferredExperience: Entry Level experience in project coordination or related roles, Sales & Customer Service, SAP knowledge is required.Languages: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Technical Skills: Competence in project management and coordination, assessable through interviews and references.Key Behaviors: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication, evaluated during interviews.Familiarity with fragrance or related industries, including an understanding of client project management processes, assessable through discussion or relevant experience.
